Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Hodo All-Day Scramble Locate Product
2 bagels
2 slices of vegan cheese
Vegan bacon (any type)
Optional Add Ons:
Avocado
Arugula
Hot sauce
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, cook the scramble and bacon according to package instructions. Then separate the scramble into two bagel sized piles, add a slice of cheese on top of each, and place a lid over the pile until the cheese has melted.
Slice bagels in half and toast to your liking.
Using a spatula, scoop each scramble pile with melted cheese onto a bagel half and top with bacon and any other toppings (like avocado, arugula, and hot sauce). Place the top of the bagel on top and enjoy hot!
