Everything Bagel Scramble Sandwich

Wake up to a better breakfast! It doesn’t take much to dress up a crisply toasted bagel with savory tofu scramble for instant satisfaction. Top it all off with sprouts for a fresh, peppery finish.  


Ingredients

  • 2 Boichick Everything Bagels

  • 1 (8 oz) package Hodo All-Day Scramble Locate Product

  • ¼ cup sprouts or microgreens, such as radish sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, or pea shoots

Instructions

  1. If your bagels aren't pre-sliced, use a serrated knife to cut them in half. Toast both halves in a toaster until golden brown. Toasting time varies depending on your appliance and preference, so keep an eye on it.

  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the scramble until hot all the way through and lightly browned in a few spots.

  3. Once the bagel is golden brown all over, transfer to a plate. Divide the hot scramble equally between the two bagels.

  4. Enjoy hot!
