Red Curry

Ingredients
2 (10oz) packages Hodo Extra Firm Tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes locate product
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp palm sugar (optional)
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup basil leaves
Instructions
Sauté garlic in a little coconut milk until fragrant.
Add curry paste, remaining coconut milk, sugar, tamari, and salt and simmer 15 minutes.
Add tofu and heat through.
Fold in basil leaves just before serving.
