Spicy Yuba Strips Sauté

Excellent over a bowl of steamed brown rice. Here’s a super yummy recipe from Chef Eric.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Hodo Spicy Yuba Noodles locate product
3 tbsp gluten-free tamari
1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp chili oil or sri racha
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Whisk tamari, vinegar, and chili oil together. Set aside.
Heat skillet, add oil and garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add tamari mixture and sesame yuba to the skillet and saute for 1 minute, until heated through.
Garnish. Enjoy!
