Roasted Red Pepper & Zesty Lemon Dip

Dips are the perfect food to bring to potlucks. Just start with Hodo Zesty Lemon Dip, add roasted red pepper, and you have an instant party starter that for everyone to enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package Hodo Zesty Lemon Dip Locate Product

  • 2 red bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, minced

  • Toasted bread, to serve

Instructions

  1. Coat the red bell peppers with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Air fry at 400F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from heat and cover with aluminum foil. Leave the peppers to cool and steam for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Remove the skin from the bell pepper, slice into strips, and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Open Hodo’s Zesty Lemon Dip and scoop it onto a plate. Top with the red bell pepper and parsley. Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
