  • Veggies and/or a starch like steamed veggies or cooked rice or potatoes (leftovers perfectly okay!)

Instructions

Three ways to cook this in just a few minutes.

1. Stovetop
Break up tofu pieces in its pouch. Then cut pouch to drain water. No need to press the tofu (how cool is that!)

Heat oil. Sauté tofu until golden brown and crispy.

Add in any veggies and stir fry for a few more minutes.

Lower heat and pour in sauce. Serve while hot.

2. Microwave
Break up tofu pieces in its pouch. Then cut pouch to drain water. No need to press the tofu (in our opinion, shouldn’t all firm tofu be pre-pressed like this one!)

Combine tofu and sauce. Use microwave-safe tray provided.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir before serving.

3. Air fryer

Break up tofu pieces in its pouch. Then cut pouch to drain water. No need to press the tofu (Yes, we really mean it. No pressing of this tofu required!)

Air fry tofu for 4 minutes at 400°C.

Microwave sauce, in the microwave-safe tray provided, for 30 secs.

Mix air-fried tofu and sauce. Why wait? Serve immediately!
