High Protein Air Fryer "Tater Tots"

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) package Hodo Extra Firm Tofu, shredded Locate Product
2 russet potatoes, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried dill
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Freshly cracked pepper & salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. If you’re not air-frying, preheat the oven at 425°F (218°C) degrees.
2. Grate the tofu and potatoes on the large holes of a box grater and put into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add spices and flour into the mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Using a tablespoon spoon, shape mixture into small 1-inch tater tot shapes.
4. Brush or spray tots with oil.
5. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Remove the basket and shake them around every five minutes for an even cook.
6. If you’re using the oven, bake for 12-15 minutes, turning once while cooking. They should be golden brown and crispy when done.
