Game-Day BBQ Dip

Yields: dip for 4-5 people

Looking for a classic smoky craveable dip? This recipe is quick and HEARTY. Grab a bag of your favorite thick cut chips, cause you'll need it (and maybe a bowl of your favorite dipping veggies)!


Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) packs of Hodo Barbecue Cubes (halve everything for a smaller portion, but it saves great in the fridge for a few days for easy snacking!) Locate Product

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • water for drizzling into food processor, as needed

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp Ras-al-Hanout (or any of your favorite spice-blends like Creole seasoning works!)

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • For serving: carrot sticks, celery sticks, broccoli crowns, thick-cut krinkle/ruffled potato chips, or favorite crackers or any veg!

Instructions

  1. Empty the contents of your BBQ Cubes into a food processor

  2. Add in all ingredients except for the reserved water

  3. Start your food processor and use the water to drizzle in until you achieve your preferred consistency for a dip.

  4. Enjoy!
