Easy Italian Herbed Tofu

This herbed tofu is a delicious addition to any Italian-inspired meal. You can add it to your favorite marinara, or just top serve it on the side of whatever else you’re having.
Ingredients
1 (10oz) block of Hodo Extra Firm Tofu locate product
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Slice the block of extra firm tofu into 1/2in cubes and put into a mixing bowl
Add all the seasonings listed, along with the oil. Gently stir the contents of the bowl until everything is coated evenly.
Put the contents of the bowl into your pre-heated sauté pan, being sure to scoop out any seasoning that remains in the bowl.
Sauté over medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown. Try not to flip them more than you need to - you want to keep the seasoning on the tofu, not on the pan.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
