Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) Hodo Thai Red Curry Tofu kit (or Hodo Korean BBQ Tofu kit)

    Locate Product

  • 3-6 small flour tortillas

  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced

  • Fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1 lime

Instructions

1. Prepare the Hodo Thai Red Curry Tofu according to the package instructions.

2. Toast the tortillas in a pan over medium-high heat or over an open flame, until warm (optional).

3. Divide the cooked tofu into the tortillas. Add the avocado slices, fresh cilantro leaves, and a squeeze of lime juice to each taco.
