Ginger, Sesame, and Kale Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 (10oz) package Hodo Extra Firm Tofu Locate Product
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely julienned
1 bunch dino kale, ribs removed, cut into strips
2 tbsp brandy
1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Heat sesame oil and ginger in a wok till fragrant.
Add tofu and brown.
Add kale and toss to coat.
Add brandy and cover for a minute until kale is wilted.
Season with salt.
