Japanese Egg Salad Sando

Take our newest All-Day Egg Scramble and make your favorite Japanese Egg Salad Sando in a pinch! Soft, eggy, and comforting, sandwiched 🥪 (literally) between your favorite Shoku Pan (Japanese Milk Bread! hint: look for vegan recipes if you don’t find it locally. Vegan brioche works, too!) Cut off your crusts to get that light, soft, and lofty texture!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) Hodo All-Day Egg Scramble Locate Product

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place one packet of the Hodo Vegan All-Day Egg Scramble into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.

  3. Add chives and fresh cracked black pepper and mix until just combined.

  4. Make a sandwich, or make it fancy and serve it with crudité, on a cracker, or in a lettuce cup!
