Check out this recipe from the Hodo Kitchen, Tofu Puffs soaked in savory miso broth with ramen!
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages Hodo Thai Curry Nuggets or Chinese 5-Spice Nuggets Locate Product
1 qt dashi (kombu soaked in water)
2 tbsp red miso
2 servings ramen (can sub with GF)
1 head Little Gem lettuce
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to boil, then drop in ramen. When just tender, remove ramen and shock in a bowl of cold water. Drain. Set aside.
Make miso soup by dissolving miso paste in dashi. Bring to boil, add tofu puffs and simmer for a five minutes until tender and soft. Add lettuce and simmer until tender.
Plunge ramen into soup to reheat and immediately serve.
