A Hodo team member who is also a busy mom to three small boys, loves to make this tofu for her family. She created this recipe with inspiration from Wicked Healthy’s Wicked Easy Baked Tofu.
Ingredients
2 (10oz) blocks of Hodo Extra Firm Tofu locate product
3 tbsp black sesame oil (can sub with toasted sesame oil)
3 tbsp Tamari (or soy sauce)
Himalayan pink sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the tofu blocks about pieces 1/4 of an inch thick (see picture for reference) and place into an oven-safe dish.
Mix the oil and tamari in a bowl and taste it. Add salt if needed. Then add the mixture to your baking dish, covering the tofu slices on both sides.
Baked for 20 minutes, or until they reach your desired crispness. Note that this step is optional - if you’re in a hurry, you can just eat with without baking!
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
