Southern Barbecue Cubes Snackbox

Yields: 3 lunches

Our pre-seasoned cubes are meant to be super easy when tossed into a skillet or roasting pan, but a lot of folks love them straight out of the package! They make for a great "dip" if you mash up the cubes, too!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) pack of Hodo BBQ Cubes Locate product

  • Cheddar cheese cubes

  • Corn tortilla chips

  • Corn, steamed and cut off the cob

  • 1/4 tomato, diced

  • Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Start by scooping the Hodo Southern Barbecue Cubes into your dish, and if you want to make more of a dip, use a fork to mash up the cubes!

  2. Add fun sides to go along with your main course!

  3. Assemble a simple corn salad with scallions and tomatoes, tossed in a vinaigrette

  4. Add cheese cubes.

  5. Finish with a generous handful of corn tortilla chips.
