Ginger, Sesame, and Kale Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 (10oz) package Hodo Extra Firm Tofu Locate Product

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely julienned

  • 1 bunch dino kale, ribs removed, cut into strips

  • 2 tbsp brandy

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and ginger in a wok till fragrant.

  2. Add tofu and brown.

  3. Add kale and toss to coat.

  4. Add brandy and cover for a minute until kale is wilted.

  5. Season with salt.
