Curry Nuggets Pitas with Avocado and Apples

Quick packable lunches on the go!? Our Curry Nuggets are packed with flavor, protein, and energy! Grab a pack of our Curry Nuggets, which are great hot or cold, and toss them into a pita with your favorite fixings for back-to-school, back-to-office, picnic, or lunch on the run!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package Thai Curry Nuggets Locate Product, chopped

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • A handful of lettuce

  • 6 pitas, halved (can sub pitas or make lettuce cups)

  • Herby mayo of your choice!

Instructions

  1. Cut pita into two.

  2. Smear your favorite mayo or herby aioli along the inside.

  3. Stuff pita with nuggets, apple, and avocado slices.

  4. Enjoy!
