BBQ Cubes Vegan Pizza

This recipe from The Sensible Vegan features our Southern Barbecue Cubes as a topping to this delicious vegan pizza. You can substitute Hodo Barbecue Cubes for our Harissa Cubes or our Moroccan Cubes for a different take on this tasty dinner that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) Hodo BBQ Cubes or sub Harissa or Moroccan to your liking locate product

  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust (Engine 2) or sub GF crust

  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce

  • 2 oz Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds

  • 1/4 cup diced Vidalia onion

  • 5-6 banana pepper rings

  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove crust from packaging and top with BBQ sauce.

  2. Sprinkle cheese evenly atop sauce.

  3. Add diced onions and banana peppers.

  4. Break cubes into crumbles, and sprinkle atop pizza.

  5. Bake according to crust packaging instructions.

  6. Remove from oven, and drizzle with sriracha sauce.
